| Our dedicated team of engineers successfully upgraded the Paint Line controls for Kawneer facility in Springdale, Arkansas. Production was started before scheduled date. |

| Allen Filipic Announces Retirement |
| Al, one of the founders of Reflex Systems, has announced he will be retiring at the end of 2009. Al has been instrumental in starting and growing FCS into the company it is today. Even though Al is retiring, he is not likely to have a lot of free time. Al will maintain a consulting role with FCS, staying ready to pitch in when the need arises. In addition, he will be pursuing an interest in flipping real estate. We wish Al the best of luck in his golden years. Joe Ewen will assume Al's duties in his new role as Senior Sales Engineer. |

| Ned Storer joins FCS in the Charlotte office |
| Ned joins the FCS team as a Controls Engineer. He has four years of controls experience. Ned has moved to the Charlotte area from Wisconsin. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a EE degree and is pursuing PE certification. Ned is well versed in Allen Bradley/Rockwell products and has over 4 years of industry experience primarily with conveyor systems, networked drive systems (including DeviceNet), and RFID. |

| Joe Ewen joins FCS in the Charlotte office |
| Joe joins the FCS team as a Sr. Systems Engineer with over 30 years of Industrial Automation experience. Joe was a plant engineer in his previous job. He has experience with Allen Bradley/Rockwell, Siemens, Eurotherm, VB, VBA, and SQL, as well as skills in project management, process and industrial engineering. He likes to build aircraft in his spare time, and is currently building a "4 place composite canard aircraft." Joe hopes that this aircraft will achieve a top speed of 250 MPH and be fully certified for flight in instrument conditions. |
